EDI Outbox Processing is only used for active trading partners who have the EDI File Output Options set to email to send the EDI output files to the trading partner via email. The Netâ˘Yield E-mail option must be properly configured to send the files. The file for all other output options are stored in the appropriate EDI Outbox for the trading partner and are transferred to the trading partner via third party software or through an EDI VAN.
